Where is the conference venue located?

How far is the venue from the airport?

We are just a 5 minute drive from San Diego Airport! The Holiday Inn provides complimentary shuttle service. Call the DoubleTree By Hilton to schedule the shuttle in advance.

What are the options for hotel and price ranges?
We have a room block and a great discounted rate of $169 per night with the Holiday Inn Bay Side San Diego. Book Your Room HERE
What about event parking?

There is a daily discounted rate for parking at the venue / hotel

What are local transportation options if I don’t bring a car?

The Holiday Inn Bay Side offers shuttles to and from the airport for no charge. You can also use Uber, Lyft, taxi & public transportation to get to the venue.

What time does the event start and end each day?

Friday: 11:11 AM – 9 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Are there breaks during the day?

Yes, there will be a couple of breaks between speakers each day which will give you time to stretch, chat and visit the vendors. There will also be lunch and dinner breaks.

What do the various ticket prices include?

Tickets now on sale give you access to the event and the vendor lounge. 

You may buy event tickets for Friday, Saturday or Sunday only, or for the entire 3 day conference. The ticket page will reflect the current pricing.

These tickets do not include post-conference workshops, which can be purchased for an additional $55.

You may also get the 4 Day VIP All Inclusive Pass which includes all post conference workshops.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, please email info@portaltoascension.org if you wish to do so

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available until January 1st, 2026. 50% refund until Feb 15th. After Feb 15th you can only gift your ticket to another attendee.

Are there any early bird specials?

Get your early bird tickets before the end of day on January 11th, 2026.

What food options will be available at the conference?

There are many local restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the venue and there is a restaurant in the Holiday Inn Bay Side Hotel

All dietary options are available in surrounding restaurants.

Will filtered water be provided?

Yes, we will provide filtered water during the event.

Are there any special events, before parties or after parties?

There will be a speaker meet and greet dinner on Saturday at an additional cost and post conference workshops on Monday.

We have limited spots for different types of offerings, and will only select one or two vendors per category based on the demand we anticipate for those types of products. Including but not limited to:
